The individual I met with acted like she did not want to be bothered explaining anything. i had asked about a particular procedure the skin tight offer and she immediately said that it was not for me . Proceeded to try to sell me procedures that cost 3x
as much. Did not offer alternatives such as the smart lipo for chin eduction. Totally disappointed would never go back. I had thermage done elsewhere today and I already see improvement. Your loss.

I was scheduled for a laser procedure; then got cold feet, so changed it to a peel; then my son got sick, so I was very anxious about going in and Marria was so understanding -- without even asking she offered to refund my deposit so I could come in when
I was really ready. That is great customer service!
